Dinnie M. Arroyo

Director of Operations

Dinnie pays the bills, sends out the invoices, fights the fires, answers the phone, waters the plants, and generally makes sure everything runs smoothly. She previously worked with the esteemed graphic design studio Mecca New York, as well as other companies specializing in visually creative endeavors. A native New Yorker, Dinnie attended both Stuyvesant High School and Hunter College CUNY (where she participated in the Honors Colloquium). When not keeping CVM in tip-top shape she’s wandering around the 5 boroughs with her Nikon, capturing the changes of the city as evidenced by its street art—check out her portfolio at utherben.carbonmade.com.

Nikon
In her wild, misspent youth Dinnie used to photograph rock bands and performers in local clubs throughout NYC. Sometimes she even got paid for it!
Pinball
Dinnie’s a massive fan of soccer, roller derby and skee-ball, supporting Tottenham Hotspur (EPL), Bronx Gridlock (GGRD) and Death Rolls (Brewskee-ball: NYC).
Shiva
At Mecca New York, Dinnie was nicknamed “The Destroyer” due to her ability to annihilate any and all problems that arose.
NYC
Dinnie’s intense love for her hometown of New York City—its history, cultural shifts and diverse population—has been an enduring part of both her creative work and personal outlook.
Squirrel
Plants adore Dinnie. When she’s not cheering up the office plants at CVM, she’s carefully tending to her windowbox herb & vegetable garden and keeping those pesky squirrels at bay.
